A 47% ABV coastal Raicilla from western Jalisco, made with Angostifolia agave, offers a complex sensory  experience: 

Aroma
 A freshness characteristic of green agave, with layers of citrus and subtle floral notes with the classic vegetal notes of the Angustifolia agave. The flavors reflect the biodiversity of the region.

Followed by a mild sweetness, balancing the robust agave presence, slight smoke with hints of mashed  mint, and fruits like pineapple or pear.  

Finish
Warm and lingering, the finish showcases the spirit's complexity with herbal, mineral, and saline touches,  leaving a final hint of sweetness.
